Finish Strong: The Mindset Coaching Experience

You’ve done the work. You’ve followed the plan. You’re stronger than ever—but your mind still gets in the way.

Finish Strong is a 1:1 or group mindset coaching experience for athletes who want to feel as mentally strong as they are physically. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply trying to finish what you started, these sessions help you push past doubt, stay motivated, and line up with confidence.

What’s included

3 x 1:1 or Group Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Delivered over 4–6 weeks over video conference/in person

  • Name your mental saboteurs and build a strategy to reframe them.

  • Identify and build habits, patterns, and people that keep you on track.

  • Use somatic tools and visualization to prepare for your best possible outcome.

  • Personalized reflection exercises between sessions (for everyone), and an additional 30 min 1:1 session (for group coaching only).
